1. Promo period is from May 18, 2009 to July 20, 2009.
2. Promo is open to all Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above residing in the Philippines, including current eyp subscribers, but excluding employees of Directories Philippines Corporation (DPC) and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. To qualify for the contest, a participant must:
   • Sign up for FREE at www.eyp.ph/signup and,
   • Earn a minimum of FIVE (5) POINTS by either getting friends to sign up or becoming a Fan in Facebook and/or Friendster
4. The point system is as follows:
   • VALID REFERRAL – Five (5) Points
   • EXTRA POINTS for Facebook and Friendster FANS – Ten (10) points (via special code on the FAN Page)
5. A referral is considered VALID only when the participant SIGNS UP on www.eyp.ph/signup.
6. For Friendster and Facebook members, to get the extra points:
   • Become a FAN of eyp on Facebook or Friendster
   • Obtain the promo code from the fan page
   • Log in at www.eyp.ph/userfriendly/tools
   • Enter the promo code
7. At the end of the promo period, the TOP NINE (9) participants with the highest number of points will win:

8. In case of a tie, the participant who first accumulates points based on the time stamp of sign-ups will be declared the winner.
9. Cut-off time of signing up is at 11:59 PM on July 20, 2009.
10. Winners will be announced on this microsite, eyp.ph, and notified via email and on July 20, 2009.
11. To claim their prizes, winners must present the email notice and two (2) valid IDs during business hours at 3rd Floor DPC Place, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.
12. The redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days of notification.
13. Prizes shall be redeemed in the One Hundred Services, Incorporated office located at 3rd Floor DPC Place, 2322 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
14. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
15. A participant can only win once.
16. If the winners are from outside of Metro Manila, their prizes shall be delivered via courier.
17. DPC assumes no responsibility for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the website caused by any third party, i.e., website users, hackers, among others, or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Further, DPC assumes no responsibility for technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the conduct of this contest.
18. The occurrence of force majeure or any event beyond the control of DPC that will make it impossible for DPC to continue with the conduct of the contest, i.e. programs are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering; unauthorized intervention; technical failures; technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment and software; failure of any e-mail account to transmit message to DPC on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website; injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person's computer due to or resulting from participating in the contest or downloading any materials from the URL website; or any other causes which corrupt or affect administration, security, fairness, and integrity of selecting the winners in this contest, shall entitle DPC to cancel, discontinue or suspend this contest.
